Elia Biondi is an Italian/Norwegian director, based in Lofoten, Norway. He holds a degree in moving images from the Art Film School in Kabelvåg.

He specializes in telling short stories with moving visuals storytelling. Elia's work includes films like Lighter, Bodies in Motion, and Stardust and Ashes, and he has earned acclaim at festivals like NFFTY and CineYouth, with awards such as Best High School Film at PJIFF and the Larvik Municipality's Culture Award.
